Please note that the delivery time is at least one week. Our gift boxes are processed within 1-2 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please email us at hello@nsgiftbox.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We ship via CORREOS EXPRESS. Final shipping costs will be displayed during checkout and will vary depending on the weight of your gifts.

 

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We meticulously ensure that your gifts reach you in the same beautiful condition in which they left our hands. If any of your items have been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately at hello@nsgiftbox.com.

 

Replacement items

Damaged or defective items will be replaced within 7 days of receiving the box. We cannot offer a refund or exchange for damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at hello@nsgiftbox.com. We cannot guarantee that we can replace the same item due to the unique nature of our exclusive gift boxes.
